Gaucho RockEt Project

Rocketry by the Sea

Who are
we?

Gaucho Rocket Project (GRP) is UC Santa Barbara’s student rocketry team, dedicated to the research, design, and launch of high-powered rockets. As a multidisciplinary team of undergraduate students, we work together to apply classroom knowledge to real-world engineering challenges, pushing the boundaries of student innovation in aerospace.
Driven by curiosity, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence, the Gaucho Rocket Project is more than just a team, we’re a launchpad for future aerospace leaders and a hub for innovation at UCSB.
